A Member Relations Representative (Teller) will play a key role in the success of PFCU by combining friendly, helpful member service with accurate and efficient cash handling skills to assist members in reaching their financial goals.
A Member Relations Representative (Teller) often gives our members and potential members their first impression of PFCU.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Accurately and confidentially process member transactions, when requested in person, on the telephone, via the mail or night deposit.
Maintain a good knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations, compliance and laws.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
No formal education is required.
The Credit Union trains internally for all positions.
Communication and computer skills.
Must be versatile and able to work at any PFCU office.
Saturdays are required.
Bilingual preferred.
