HUI is looking for the right person to Help Us Grow Position Summary We are looking for great future teammates in a powder coating & assembly role for our 1st shift at our Kiel facility.
No experience necessary! As a Paintline Technician you will be trained on one of the following primary skills:
Powder Coating Load Unload and Assembly You may also train and perform additional tasks like masking, forklift operation, or flexing to our fabrication area as needed.
After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow! Requirements Ability to pass employment screens Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts or Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts What is the training like? No experience in manufacturing is necessary.
New employees participate a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful.
Basic training starts with machine set-up, blueprint reading, safety, and more.
From there, you will start training on your first competency skill in press brake operation, welding, or punch press or laser machine operation.
We strive to find a skill specialization for our new employees where they feel comfortable and that plays to their strengths.
