Position Summary In this role, you will perform various HR duties, including recruiting all areas of direct labor, conducting new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration and processing weekly payroll.
Duties & Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment for all direct labor positions with support from Marketing for advertising openings and attracting applicants.
Onboarding and offboard employees.
Prepare and process weekly payroll.
Assists with safety programs and actively participates in safety team meetings.
Assist in administering and enrollment of HUI employee benefit programs.
Investigate and respond to employees' insurance inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with communication and educating employees on benefits.
Maintain personnel files.
Work effectively in a team environment to complete HR projects.
Other duties as assigned.
